Overview

Verify circuit assemblies have completed all prior required production steps.

Issues

Circuit boards skipping production steps or being forwarded accidentally after having failed a prior production step.

AIDEA’s solution

The Versa-Check solution scans and forwards Data-Matrix barcodes from circuit boards to an information server. If the part fails route check the Versa-Check signals the operator and halts the conveyor.
The operator removes the part and pushes reset on the Versa-Check to restart the conveyor.
